Sharon Brown Fitness offer one to one training in the safe environment of our well equipped home studio. We can also train you at your home and outdoors.
We use a combination of cardio, resistance and endurance training to improve your strength and overall fitness.
We also offer nutritional advise and provide you with a programme for training between PT sessions.
